The first Bootcamp that I run is aimed at girls aged between 11 & 16 and the second Bootcamp is a ladies only class.

I believe that there is a platform for anyone who wishes to fight. I have trained beginners to semi professional boxers. Luckily, I have worked alongside some of the country’s best trainers and world champion boxers and I have learnt a lot over the years.
