Hi, my name is Annette. I am a fully qualified personal trainer and a Ricky Hatton Elite boxing Trainer.
I have been passionate about boxing since I was a child and have spent many years Training to box and competing in the ring myself. I have been fortunate enough to train with some of the countries best Professional fighters and their Trainers. This has equipped me with invaluable knowledge. I have spent the majority of my adult life exercising in different gyms and competing in various sporting fields.
As I got older, I decided to take a step back and focus on using my experience to help other people achieve their goals. I take my role as a trainer very seriously and I know how important it is to support my clients on their own journey, no matter what their age including children.
Whether people are looking to get fit and healthy, change their lifestyle or train to compete themselves, I dedicate myself to them and take a great pride in what I do.

Monday - Friday: 6:30am - 9:00pm
Saturday: 6:30am - 2:00pm
