ARE YOU READY FOR boot camp?
I offer two separate bootcamps but unfortunately spaces are very limited.
The first Bootcamp that I run is aimed at girls aged between 11 & 16 and the second Bootcamp is a ladies only class.
Both of Bootcamps offer a varied workout and different circuits, this can involve:
- Pad work/combinations in the Boxing ring with myself
- HIIT training bag skills and drills
- Circuit training – using battle ropes, Tyres, Hammers, Weights, Slam balls
- Weight Training
- Core muscle exercises
- Outside circuits (weather permitting) and use of a nearby park in the summertime
- Floor exercises
- Partner training
- Shadow boxing
White collar events and training programmes.
